Before completing the Technology / Interface Analysis, you should spend some time logging into and exploring the platform you plan to use for your Digital Design Project. This short blog post is meant to help you get familiar with the interface, test a feature or two, and reflect on your early experience using the tool. Think of this as a first test run where you begin learning how the program works before writing your more formal analysis. The goal is to experiment a little and document what you notice.
Write a 200–300 word blog post (with at least one screenshot) reflecting on your first experience using the platform.

1. The Platform You Chose
Briefly explain:
- The platform I selected was Vidyard, which is an online platform used for creating, hosting, and sharing videos. This seemed to be the best fit for my project. Having that the platform has everything needed in order to make a podcast, which I’m creating. The platforms have many different, unique tools to make the podcast creative and viewer-friendly. Many different platforms could have been used, but this stood out the most because of the avatars included on the platform.
2. What You Tried
- I have already tried using the creative avatars that are displayed on the platform. I made an audio recording in which they put into the system and had the avatar speak the voice. Then I entered a script for it to speak on, and it continued to speak.
3. First Impressions
Share your early observations about the platform:
- Everything on the platform seems pretty straightforward, displaying different ways to interact on it.
